I hate adding gifs to photos. They are the BANE of my existence. I can’t stretch them out without it messing up. If anyone knows an easier way of me overlaying gifs to pictures I’d appreciate it. Its a rarity when I do anything with a gif cause well–I am impatient ;;

on my vers of photoshop if you use the free transform tool and hold alt while you drag down a corner, it equally shifts the size on all sides — idk if that’d work for you tho
